coolTRACK Definition
Metrack™ provides an easy to use method of controlling your Metrack™ devices, as well as restricting who has
access to those controls.
The control interface, coolTRACK, is a hosted “Web Application” and can be accessed remotely; from anywhere in
the world, from any Personal Computer or other web enabled device that has full internet access. While you do
use your Web Browser, and it looks like a “web page”, it is actually a Remote Access Application, and as such,
operates slightly differently than a conventional web page.
All information is highly secure as it is encrypted over our https browser window.
With easy navigation pains, configurable views customized for each user along with role based user access; you
will find that navigating the coolTRACK portal will be easy to use and quick to learn.
From the coolTRACK system, you can control all related functions to your Metrack™ device from configuration
changes to locate on demand. With the “follow” option selected your map will automatically follow the selected
assets without you having to refresh the screen.
