These fields are used by the installed "RuleFactory" implementation, or possibly the extended Event Notification

Rules Engine (ENRE) module. On the open-source OpenGTS version, this can be the RuleFactoryExample.java

module. When enabled, the "Device Admin" page will be automatically adjusted to display some of these fields.
