These fields are used to store URL link information for displaying on the Device map page (see

"trackMap.showDeviceLink" property in "private.xml"), and possibly on email notifications (if configured).

These fields are used to store information regarding the last time EventData records were sent to another system.

These fields are used for special applications where the 'telematic' device does not have a GPS receiver and where the

asset being monitored does not move (ie. Such as when tracking water tank levels in stationary tanks, etc).
